Elite is a state of mind. It doesn't mean working in a particular profession, living in a special place, or making a certain amount of money. Ingraham again, in the same interview, explaining why she isn't one of the "elites" she always mocks, despite the facts that she attended Dartmouth College and the University of Virginia law school, clerked for a Supreme Court justice, worked in one of the country's top law firms, worked as a broadcaster on CBS and MSNBC, lives in Washington, D.C., and has a radio show in more than two hundred markets.
