Osama Dead At Last?

The wires and web are abuzz, over some intel that suggests that Osama bin Laden is dead...
Here we go:
The French newspaper l'Est Republicain reported earlier on Saturday that Saudi intelligence had concluded that bin Laden might have succumbed to typhoid fever - at some point between August 23 and September 4 - while hiding in Pakistan.
Boy howdy, won't this make a certain fake president happy? Probably not, the fear game requires a bogeyman.
So, how then, did he survive this long? Wasn't there something about him needing dialysis? What, he had his own kidney machine but no penicillin?
