Have you ever thought of something really clever, only to google it and find out you've been scooped? The title of this post, which has little to do with the rest of this snarkiness, is one of those instances. Check it. Those damn fantasy footballers.

Terrorism is a serious problem for the United States and many other countries. No one wants to turn attention away from it, and the public fear level is too high to turn away from it if you wanted to.  Yet while our full attention is turned to that problem, or at least to what we perceive as being that problem, several parallel phenomena are occurring that pose dangers just as great as those posed by terrorism.

And why doesn't the MSM cover stuff like this?

Up in arms is the best way to describe American media and lawmakers over Rockstar Game's Newest title, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

As we all by now know, a MOD (modification, typicall a patch or add-on to a game that changes the behavior or adds/unlocks content) was created for GTA:SA that unlocks a sex scene between characters in the game.

But why is this worse than the game itself?

One year and some months ago, we went through the Abu Ghraib scandal. We saw pictures of people abused by a few soldiers, and then it was assumed they were acting alone, yadda yadda yadda, not involvement from the higher ups.

So how did we miss this? Where are you, MSM, when we need you?
