There's a big hoohah going on right now about whether or not Christopher Walken has announced his candidacy for president.

Dammit! Er, I mean, shucky-darn! I missed Justice Sunday II.

I really wanted to catch it to see what wisdom good Christian boys like Tom DeLay had to spread to the masses.

Alas, I am forced to read news stories that describe it secondhand, rather than watching it on my own. (Not my fault I missed it; the Cubs were playing.)

I'm sure this makes me an "America Hater" in the eyes of the far right, but....while Washington raises the alarm over the axis of evil and nuclear development programs, all dutifully reported by the media, there's a lot less attention paid to the possible reasons that the rest of the world (1) finds the US position hypocritical, and (2) thinks that developing nuclear weapons may be the only way they can feel safe from attack.

According to the blogosphere, the latest elected Repub is about to unleash legal armageddon.

Or his handlers. Hell, who knows? I sent Chris an email asking to be removed from the "Advertise Liberally" network, because of the possibility of being involved in a PAC in a backhand kind of way. Text after the break.
